Eighth graders are invited to take part in our multigenerational Coming of Age program. Eight graders are matched with adult mentors from the congregation and together they attend special classes and social events that allow them explore their religious and ethical beliefs (runs September-June). The program finishes with a presentation to the congregation during a Sunday service, where students share “credo statements” that express their faith journeys to this point in their lives.

After completing the program, students are eligible to join the congregation as Associate Members. The congregation always enjoys with pride witnessing our young UU's mature and become creative and productive young adults.

There is a $130 participation fee for the Coming of Age program -- scholarships are available.
