The UUAA congregation values uplifting, stimulating worship services. Our Sunday services provide an opportunity for congregants with a wide spectrum of beliefs, interests, and backgrounds to worship together and rejoice in our spiritual connectedness and shared values. Our worship team has an innovative, collaborative approach to service planning that blends multiple voices and perspectives in every service. Monthly themes tie a month of services together. The worship team hopes that all who take part in our services find something thought-provoking and inspiring, whether their doorway to worship is through moving music, rituals like our chalice lighting, intellectual readings or meditation.

You can follow this link to listen to a recording of a UUAA service.

Children usually join the adults for the beginning of the service before going to Spiritual Growth & Development classes (our name for Sunday School/ Religious Education).

At the Social Hour that follows our services many of the active UUAA activity groups provide information to inform the community of current social actions, social events, or classes. Sometimes there are Sunday Forums that allow additional presentations and dialog on a range of topics of interest to our congregation and to the wider Ann Arbor area community.

Opportunities for small group worship are available at other times and settings. Some of those opportunities include Chalice Circles (small group ministries), and Spiritual Growth & Development classes for all ages.
